Our standard packages include a one-week rental. Need a little more time? No problem! You can extend your rental for $15 per additional week, subject to availability.

Yes! That’s one of the best parts. We bring the bins and dollies to you before your move and pick them up once you’re finished. Your pickup address can be different from your original delivery address—we know that’s kind of the whole point of moving! 😉

Delivery and pickup are FREE within 20 miles of ZIP code 85016. If either your delivery or pickup location is more than 20 miles from ZIP code 85016, a custom quote is required. Service outside the standard area is subject to availability.

Yes! Each Bin & Roll package includes rolling dollies to make stacking and moving your bins easier. The number of dollies included depends on the package you choose.

Nope! Our reusable moving bins have attached lids, so there’s no building boxes, taping them together, or breaking them down afterward. Just pack, close, stack, and roll.

Absolutely. Every Bin & Roll bin is cleaned and prepared between rentals so your bins arrive clean and ready for your move.

Our bins are strong, reusable and built for moving day:

• Weight capacity: 75 lbs
• Empty weight: 6.1 lbs
• Exterior dimensions: 28.6" L × 19.6" W × 15.2" H
• Interior dimensions at bottom: 22.98" L × 14.02" W × 14.30" H

That means every bin handles heavy books, kitchenware and more, stacks securely with its attached lid, and rolls easily on our dollies.

It depends on the size of your move and how much you’re bringing with you. We offer four packages to make choosing easier:

• The Quick Move — $59/week
  10 bins + 1 dolly
  Perfect for studios, dorms, and smaller moves.
• The Home Move — $89/week
  20 bins + 1 dolly
  Great for apartments and smaller homes.
• The Big Move — $129/week
  35 bins + 2 dollies
  Ideal for two to three-bedroom homes.
• The Full Move — $169/week
  50 bins + 3 dollies
  Perfect for larger homes and bigger moves.

No. Bin & Roll bins are rented specifically for moving purposes only. They may not be used for long-term storage, renovations, construction projects, or other non-moving purposes.

We understand that things can happen during a move. Customers are responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement charges may apply. A lost or damaged dolly is $40. Additional replacement fees for lost or damaged bins will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Plans change—we get it! Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

You’ll submit your booking request online first. Once we review your request and confirm your date and availability, we’ll send you a payment link for the full rental amount. Your reservation is finalized once payment is received.

No. Bin & Roll rentals are priced by rental week and are not prorated based on the number of days. Rentals from 1–7 days are charged at the full weekly package rate. For example, a 3-day or 6-day rental costs the same as a 7-day rental.

Absolutely! We expect that for many moves. Just provide your new address so we know where to collect your bins. Keep in mind that each location is considered when determining whether it falls within our free 20-mile delivery area from ZIP code 85016.

Yes, as long as an extension is available. Additional weeks are $15 per week. Please contact us before your scheduled pickup so we can confirm the extension.

Our bins are designed for typical household and personal belongings during a move, such as clothing, shoes, kitchen items, décor, books, linens, toys, and other everyday items. For safety and to protect our equipment, hazardous materials, liquids that may leak, illegal substances, and excessively heavy items should not be placed in the bins.
